OPSOPS

What's coming

Roadmap

A transparent look at what we've built and what's next. Have a feature request? Let us know.

Accounting Module

Done

Double-entry bookkeeping — full PCG chart of accounts for associations, journal entries, cheques, invoicing, purchases, bank reconciliation, budget management, and FEC export. Reports: Grand Livre, Balance Générale, Compte de Résultat, Bilan.

Document Management

Done

Centralised document archive — live. Archive all official documents (letters, contracts, programmes, authorisations) with automatic numbering by fiscal period and type, AI-assisted classification, external contacts, and signature tracking.

Mobile App — OPS Mobile (iOS)

Done

Native iOS app for musicians: scan instrument QR codes, browse the score library, manage inventory, track members and accounting on the go. Available now.

OPS Scores — iPad Score Viewer

Done

Native iPadOS app for reading scores with Apple Pencil annotation support. Syncs directly with your OPS score library. Offline-first with JWT auth.

Uniform & Stock Tracking

Done

Track uniform distribution per member (polo, vest, hat…) across multiple sizes and gender variants. Stock items such as music stands and sound protectors are managed with batch quantities and storage locations. Automatic availability ledger with conflict warnings.

Electronic Invoicing (e-Invoicing)

Planned

Compliance with the French electronic invoicing mandate. Starting 2026-2027, all French businesses must issue and receive structured electronic invoices via a certified platform (PDP). OPS will generate invoices in compliant formats (Factur-X, UBL) and connect to the required infrastructure.

Events & Calendar

Planned

Schedule rehearsals, concerts and tours with smart recurrence rules. Member RSVP, attendance tracking, programme linking, and venue management — all in one place.

Communication

Planned

Send newsletters, rehearsal reminders and targeted announcements directly to your members from within OPS.

We build OPS for real ensembles. If there's a feature you need, tell us — it might be next on the list.
